4F Men's Ski Touring Pants - Advanced Protection for Demanding Expeditions Designed with mountain skiing and winter hiking enthusiasts in mind, the 4F men's ski touring pants are a technical model that combines lightweight comfort , maximum weather protection , and the freedom of movement necessary for long, demanding trails. The NeoDry 20,000/40,000 membrane effectively protects against heavy rain, snow , and strong winds , while offering exceptional breathability . The 3-layer laminate makes the pants exceptionally durable , packable , and lightweight , allowing them to function as a standalone layer or as a hardshell over thermal underwear. Hydrophobic impregnation limits moisture absorption, and fully taped seams effectively protect critical areas from water penetration. Rip-stop fabric increases tear resistance, crucial in rocky and forested terrain. The model features a regular fit that comfortably adapts to the body, and articulated knees support a natural range of motion. Ventilation via laminated zippers on the outer thighs allows for temperature regulation during intense approaches. Full-length side zippers allow for quick donning without removing footwear. Functionality is complemented by snow guards , internal reinforcements , a Velcro waist adjustment , and zippered pockets for essential accessories. These pants are designed for dynamically changing conditions and long mountain expeditions.
