The rail is made of powder-coated aluminium. The aluminium construction ensures resistance to discolouration and deformation. The MS ZERO rail is made of an extruded aluminium alloy and coated with a layer of white powder coating (RAL 9003). It is designed for installation in suspended ceiling structures, particularly those made of plasterboard. The rail is mounted directly into a 17 mm-wide recess using the elliptical mounting holes located in the rail and spaced every 30 cm, through which the mounting screw is inserted. The rail is equipped with 6 mm horizontal flanges, whose purpose is to conceal the connection between the plasterboard and the rail. Once installed, the rail visually blends into the ceiling, leaving only the 6 mm sliding channel visible, through which the gliders holding the fabric are led. This solution provides an excellent visual effect: the fabric almost touches the ceiling, with no visible rails or hangers. It is an ideal solution for today’s modernist interiors, characterised by minimalism and functionality.
